I have been sitting on this for around 8 years now,it was shot in Nashville Tennessee in 2009 during a Showtime All Star Wrestling event that pitted Chase Stevens vs Andy Douglas in a steel cage match for the SAW Title. Unknown to the fans and those of us in the back, This would be Andy Douglas final match.........
